UI Overview

Modes view

Placement mode, allows the user to place things such as; cameras, player start, point lights and triggers. Paint mode, landscape mode, foliage mode, geometry editing.

Content browser

Contains file folders like audio, blueprints, materials, props, shapes and textures. And allows access to external sources.

Scene outliner

A list of all the assets and objects in the level at that time.

Details panel

Controls all the properties of the selected object such as location, rotation and scale as well as the static mesh, materials and lighting. Options for physics, collision, rendering and actors.

Viewport Navigation

Holding left mouse button and moving the mouse forward will move the camera forward, moving the mouse backwards will the move the camera back, moving the mouse side to side will turn the camera left and right.
